Step 1: Get your China warehouse address
Register for a free account and you immediately receive a unique MRC ID and a Guangzhou warehouse address. You will use the MRC ID as the receiver name and place it at the end of the warehouse address so we can identify your parcels on arrival.
Step 2: Shop and ship to the warehouse
Buy from any China store or marketplace and have the seller send your order to your MRC warehouse address. You can shop from as many sellers as you like — everything routes to the same address under your MRC ID.
Step 3: Pre-alert each parcel
Before your parcels arrive, submit a pre-alert with the China tracking number, product details, quantity, declared value, and whether the item contains a battery. Pre-alerts let our warehouse match and process parcels quickly and keep your customs declaration accurate.
Step 4: We receive, weigh, and store
When a parcel arrives, our team records its actual weight and dimensions, calculates the volumetric weight, and notifies you by email. Your chargeable weight is the higher of actual and volumetric weight.
Step 5: Consolidate and choose a shipping mode
Select the received parcels you want to combine, pick a destination address, and choose air, sea, or land plus an express or economy service. Consolidation reduces dimensional weight and your overall cost.
Step 6: Pay and track to your door
We calculate the shipping fee and send you a quote. Top up your wallet by PayNow or bank transfer, pay the fee, and follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery in Singapore.
Understanding chargeable weight
Carriers charge on whichever is greater: the actual weight of your parcel, or its volumetric weight, calculated as length × width × height ÷ a divisor (commonly 6000 for air). Light but bulky items are usually billed on volumetric weight, which is exactly why consolidating into fewer, denser shipments saves money.
