China warehouse forwarding
Every account receives a free Guangzhou warehouse address linked to a unique MRC ID. Ship purchases from any China store or marketplace to that address and our warehouse team receives them on your behalf. Because the MRC ID appears in both the receiver name and the address, parcels are matched to your account the moment they arrive.
Parcel consolidation
Consolidation is the single biggest way to cut international shipping cost. Instead of paying to ship each parcel separately, we combine your received parcels into one shipment. This reduces the volumetric (dimensional) weight that carriers charge on, so you pay less for the same goods. You choose which received parcels to combine, the destination, and the shipping mode.
Air, sea, and land shipping
Choose the balance of speed and price that fits each order. Express air suits urgent or high-value items; economy air balances cost and speed; sea and land options are ideal for bulky, heavy, or lower-value goods where time is flexible. Rates are set per destination, mode, goods type, and service level.
Sensitive goods handling
Many sensitive items — including products containing batteries — can be shipped under the correct declaration and a sensitive-goods surcharge, subject to carrier and customs rules. Accurate declaration during parcel pre-alert keeps your shipment compliant and avoids delays.
Singapore delivery
When your shipment arrives, choose door-to-door delivery anywhere in Singapore or self-collection. You can update the delivery address right up until the parcel is assigned to a driver, after which the address is locked for delivery accuracy.
