Liquids & batteries: you must contact us first and provide an MSDS (in English) stating the contents and volume.
Prohibited & restricted goods
Please do not ship prohibited or restricted items to any of our warehouses — customs and carrier regulations forbid them.
Restricted items may only be accepted with valid pre-approval and supporting documents. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if such documents are not provided. For specifics, refer to your local customs and carrier regulations.
If customs returns a package, the customer must pay for reshipment and any such fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse transshipment after a customs rejection or return.
