How to use your China warehouse address

Your MRC ID is the key. Place it correctly and every parcel you buy from China is matched to your account automatically.

The golden rule: MRC ID in two places

When you check out at a China store, enter the warehouse address below and make sure your MRC ID appears both as the receiver name and at the very end of the address line. This double placement lets our warehouse team identify the owner of every incoming parcel, even when the courier label is incomplete.

Example warehouse address

Receiver nameYOUR-MRC-ID (e.g. MRC10000)
Phone+8620000000
AddressWarehouse B12, Baiyun Logistics Park, Guangzhou YOUR-MRC-ID

You will see your personal version of this address, with your real MRC ID filled in, on your dashboard after you register and log in.

Why the MRC ID matters

Hundreds of parcels arrive at a forwarding warehouse every day. The MRC ID is what ties an anonymous courier parcel to your account. Without it, a parcel cannot be reliably matched to you, which causes delays. With it, receiving is fast and accurate.

Pre-alert your parcels

After you ship to the warehouse, submit a pre-alert in your dashboard with the China tracking number and a short declaration. Pre-alerts let us reconcile incoming parcels against your account and keep your customs paperwork accurate.

What happens next

Once received, your parcel is weighed and measured, you are notified by email, and the parcel becomes available to consolidate and ship to Singapore. You can track each parcel through clear statuses from receipt to delivery.
