Rates from our China warehouse to destinations worldwide — by air and sea, for normal and sensitive goods.

❗ Important notes

  • Shipping is charged by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Doorstep delivery is via lift; extra fees may apply if goods must be carried by stairs, subject to manpower.
  • Shipping includes doorstep delivery unless stated otherwise in the delivery method title or description.
  • All shipping methods are trackable online.
  • For shipping to other countries, remote areas, or if unsure, please contact us — a remote-area fee may apply.
  • Shipping duration may be affected by customs clearance; we recommend arranging shipment early.
  • ⚠️ Shipping fees do not include duties and taxes unless otherwise specified. Check with your local customs authority for applicable rates.
  • ❌ Do not ship sensitive goods using a normal-goods method. Liquids and batteries: contact us in advance and provide an MSDS (in English) with contents and volume.
