You buy from the seller and ship to our warehouse; we receive, consolidate, and forward. The Ship For Me fee depends on where the parcel ships from.

• Parcel receiving — our warehouse receives your parcels from sellers.
• Parcel consolidation — combine parcels with 14 days of free storage.
• One payment — shipping fee + Ship For Me fee.

Can't check out yourself? We purchase the item for you. The Buy For Me fee depends on where you buy from, charged per item.

• Order placement — we buy the item after payment is made.
• Seller handling — delivery depends on the seller's stock and speed.
• Local For Me — need help buying within the same country (e.g. HK ➜ HK, CN ➜ CN)? Contact us.

Terms & conditions

• Buy-for-me and value-added service fees are non-refundable, even if an item becomes unavailable.
• Top-ups are non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and expire after 1 year.
• Users are responsible for confirming stock before placing an order. If unsure, use our 'Ask the Seller' service.
• Value-added services must be requested in advance; additional charges may apply, subject to availability.
• We are not accountable if the seller fails to ship or sends defective/missing products — the user chooses the seller; we only assist with the purchase.

Weight & how it's calculated

Freight is charged on the higher of actual or volumetric weight, based on the final package dimensions.

Actual weight is exactly what the product weighs, including packaging — measured in kilograms (kg).

Volumetric weight uses the length (L), width (W) and height (H) of the package in centimetres (cm), converted to kg or m³ (CBM):

L × W × H (cm) / 6,000 = kg

L × W × H (cm) / 5,000 = kg

L × W × H (cm) / 1,000,000 = m³ (CBM)
