Terms of Service

1. Service

MRC Logistics Pte Ltd ("MRC Logistics", "we") provides international parcel forwarding, consolidation, and delivery. By registering an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and MRC ID

Each account receives a unique MRC ID. You are responsible for using your MRC ID correctly on parcels and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Declarations

You must declare the contents, quantity, and value of every parcel accurately, including whether items contain batteries or are otherwise sensitive. Prohibited and illegal goods are not accepted. Inaccurate declarations may lead to customs delays, additional charges, or refusal of service.

4. Fees and wallet

Shipping fees are based on chargeable weight and the applicable rate. Payments top up a wallet ledger from which shipping charges are deducted. Quoted fees may be adjusted where a declaration or measurement proves inaccurate.

5. Liability

We handle parcels with care but our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of the carriers we use. We are not the seller of any goods you forward and are not affiliated with any marketplace or courier.

6. Changes
